Niall Horan is keen to get fit again for his Where We Are Tour which kicks off tonight, and has posted his first workout selfie.
Much to his fans’ delight.
The star was snapped (we assume) before it all really began on a bike, and looked eager and happy as he leant forward like a pro.
He wrote: "First session back with jarvis! Knee feelin ok! Threw up because of the altitude, me and Jarv called it#altitudeoosshhh."
It comes after the singer was left in crutches earlier this year after major knee surgery – but we are glad to see he’s fit and well ahead of tonight’s performance in Colombia.
Taking to Twitter in January, he kept us all up to date with his op.
He wrote at the time: "Hey guys I know most of you have seen those pics today! Yes I’ve had major knee surgery, a much larger surgery than first anticipated."
The blonde star added: "But i would like to tell u, it was a complete success! Considering the scale of it! So all I ask of you guys is that you would respect my privacy as I try to recover and get for the where we are tour."
He has. And the star, plus his band mates, have been tweeting their excitement ahead of the show.
