Model: Joy Corrigan's private pics have been hacked
Glamour model Joy Corrigan has hit out at Apple after she says she warned them about a threat to her private pictures.
Joy, 20, who posts some pretty racy pictures on her own Instagram page, is not happy that her privacy has been violated by hackers.
She posted on Twitter: "Wow Apple… Way to go."
And earlier she posted: "Just when I thought it was all over. Society pls don’t lower yourself to absolute scum by being any part of this. Viewing and spreading is [thumbs down].
TMZ reported that Joy brought the issue to Apple’s notice in early July but said that the company dismissed her concerns, saying she was just a victim of phishing.
The company advised Joy to change her password, which she did – but days later she was hacked again a long time before the celebrity nude photo hacking scandal.
Reportedly Apple gave her the same response and now the site claims she is considering legal action.
Nude: Private pictures of the model were allegedly released months before other celebrities were hacked
After the story broke it has been claimed that the company contacted her again and denied any responsibility.
Fears over Apple’s security have increased after nude photographs of over 100 celebrities were released by a user on anonymous web forum, 4Chan.
The alleged hackers claim to have stolen the photos from Apple’s iCloud Photostream service, which automatically shares iPhone photos with all of the user’s devices and stores them online.

Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and Kirsten Dunst are among the list of the high profile celebrities to be caught up in the scandal – with intimate photos and videos of them being shared and viewed by millions of online users.
The site has been linked to various high profile hacks, including in 2008 when politician Sarah Palin’s email was broken in to, with an anonymous hacker posting snaps of the contents on Wikileaks.
Mirror Online have contacted Apple for comment.
