You know when you’ve been wearing stilettos for so long, you’re past the point of pain and you just can’t feel your feet anymore? Personally, it’s one of my all-time favorite sensations — and now, there’s something on the market that can help you experience it, without all the four-inch-heel-play.

Heel No Pain, an aptly named new product brought to our attention by the Daily Mail, claims to relieve the aches associated with wearing high heels for up to three hours per application — heaven forbid you toss on a pair of flats. Simply spray the potion on the throbbing area and 10 minutes later, you’ll no longer feel your feet. Which sounds like a total recipe for tripping and stubbing your toes if you ask us, but look at it this way: If you can’t feel it, does it even really happen?

The spray, which contains medical numbing agent lidocaine HCI, can also be used by athletes experiencing discomfort from repeated activity.

“It’s basically a painkiller with heat treatment, so it is able to penetrate the skin. The pain simply dissipates,” Heel No Pain’s inventor, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Randal Haworth, told the Mail. “It’s certainly enough to get you through a red carpet event.” Or fashion month, for that matter — we can totally see this stuff making its way into swag bags alongside all those Starbucks gift cards and under-eye gels come February.

Heel No Pain will be available in two weeks on its manufacturer Biochemistry’s website, followed by Walgreens and Foot Locker, at $15 for a 1 oz. bottle and $32 for 4 oz. Will you be giving it a go?
